F135 global footprint
F135 and ECU share a robust global sustainment network that enables F-35 fleet readiness. ECU’s 60%+ commonality with the current F135 allows it to be easily retrofitted onto the F-35A, F-35B, or F-35C for the U.S. and its allies. As geopolitical tensions continue to rise, leveraging a mature and efficient sustainment network will be critical to the warfighter - especially in contested environments.
