Rishi Grover
SVP, Operations and Supply Chain
Rishi Grover is senior vice president, Operations and Supply Chain at Pratt & Whitney. Rishi has overall responsibility for executing operations and supply chain strategy and processes across the global enterprise with a focus on CORE and delivery on Pratt & Whitney’s safety, quality, customer and cost commitments.
Rishi also leads all business activities related to Pratt & Whitney manufacturing, operations and supply chain, including U.S. manufacturing and assembly, Israel Operations, Operational Excellence, Operations Strategy Integrated Business Planning, and the production chief organization; with functional leadership of manufacturing and supply chain activities in Canada, Poland and China. Most recently, Rishi served as vice president, Strategy & Transformation at RTX where his responsibilities included leading the development of operations strategy, footprint reduction and oneRTX transformation programs across operations and supply chain functions. Rishi has more than 20 years of experience in manufacturing, supply chain operations and cost reduction.
Prior to that, Rishi was vice president of Operations for Carrier Global Corporation, where he was responsible for all aspects of global operations, including manufacturing, supply chain, operational transformation, quality and environment, health and safety. Before Carrier’s spinoff from United Technologies Corporation (UTC), Rishi served as vice president of Global Operations and Systems for Collins Aerospace and previously led the Actuation business for UTC including manufacturing and MRO facilities.
Rishi earned his master’s degree in electrical engineering from the University of Hartford, a master’s degree in systems engineering and management from Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and an MBA from University of Chicago. He also holds a bachelor’s degree in electronics from the National Institute of Technology, Surat, in India.
