Pratt & Whitney Aftermarket Supply Chain Signs New MRO Deal with Turbine Controls, Inc.
ATLANTA, April 9, 2019 – Pratt & Whitney, a division of United Technologies Corp. (NYSE: UTX), has signed a part repair service award agreement with Turbine Controls, Inc. (TC MRO) at the MRO Americas conference in Atlanta, Georgia. This signing is the first with a third-party repair supplier for Pratt & Whitney GTF™ engines, and will help strengthen the Pratt & Whitney aftermarket network for repairs on the PW1500 engine. Through this deal, TC MRO will be involved in the maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) of both static and rotating components, including critical life limited parts.
