MRO Americas: In Case You Missed It
MRO Americas is over but the excitement continues. In case you missed the coverage last week, watch this video summarizing Pratt & Whitney's participation in the largest and longest running aviation maintenance, repair and overhaul conference.
Joe Sylvestro: First and foremost, regardless of who provides maintenance, we care.
Andrew Tanner: It starts with a great product. A product that brings real and true value like 16 percent better fuel burn, 75 percent better noise and 50 percent better emissions.
Joe Sylvestro: So Pratt & Whitney's booth here at the conference is right in the middle of the action, very much like our Pratt & Whitney Aftermarket operations network.
Lynn Fraga: So how Pratt & Whitney is applying big data is through several key initiatives that we have to reduce unscheduled engine removals, improve time on wing and deliver more predictable maintenance for our customers.
Andrew Tanner: And I am here to tell you about all the great work that we've been doing to make sure that our customers are ready for Geared Turbofan™ entry into service.
Andre McMillian: With the F135 engine, which is a great platform and we are just in the beginning phases of production. We are going to have well over 650 aircraft, in 10 different countries, over the next five years. So, we are really excited to be able to talk about that platform.
Joe Sylvestro: It's our reputation on the wing.
