Peter Enright: I think our corporation - and certainly, myself personally - have evolved over 10 years, maybe even longer, to say 'OK, it's good stewardship.' The employee safety and morale is important and, quite frankly, having P&L responsibility, at first, I thought this would be expensive. In reality, it's definitely a cost savings for energy and employee safety, lower worker's compensation rates. So, it's a win-win for everybody.

Peter Enright: It shows to the corpration, most importantly to our employees, that our work is being recognized by our biggest customer worldwide, and it's a great apprecation and our employees will certainly enjoy the award. A happy and safety employee is a productive one. Of course we have environmental stewardship and we have an obligation to maintain and then third I think we get a lot of cost savings as a result, which keeps us competitive in the marketplace.

Peter Enright: I would say that UTC considers us a leader as we got the award and we're honored to have that. But yes, I'm honored to be a leader in this effort.
