Pratt & Whitney has been gathering engine data for decades. As the amount of unlocked data grew, we began to more efficiently project trends and pinpoint anomalies, helping operators reduce operational disruption through predictive and preventative maintenance.
Pratt & Whitney offers a range of services from compiled engine data to expert analysis of engine operational data. State-of-the-art data analytics help predict and prevent operational disruption. Our ADEM™ (advanced diagnostics and engine monitoring) system, we manage customers’ engine health and maintenance planning requirements and currently provide analysis for more than 10,000 engines across 140 customers.
