Satheeshkumar (Kumar) Kumarasingam was appointed chief transformation & strategy officer in January 2022.
Kumar leads the Transformation & Strategy organization, which provides dedicated focus and leadership as
Pratt & Whitney fundamentally changes the way it works in all aspects of our business, from how we design,
build and service our products to how we engage with our customers and suppliers.
Kumar and his team are working to transform and revolutionize how the company does business, reduce complexity,
further our digital strategy and leverage technology to achieve profitable growth with an agile industry-leading
Kumar joined Pratt & Whitney in 1995 as a mechanical engineer and assumed positions of increasing responsibility
in the Engineering, Quality, Operations, Marketing and Customer Service organizations.
Most recently, Kumar held the position of vice president, Customer Service for Pratt & Whitney Canada, where he
provided innovative leadership to the global organization which includes Customer Service Programs, Aftermarket
Operations, Asset Management, Global Sales, Pratt & Whitney Canada’s Service Network and Commercial Services.
Kumar is active in several community and professional organizations. He is a campaign cabinet member for Centraide
of Greater Montreal (United Way).
