You also have the option of replacing your compressor turbine (CT) blades and life-limited parts (LLPs) at a capped price, so there are no surprises. With an increased mix of new parts, you get the peace of mind and quality of P&WC genuine parts and service, along with increased durability and long-term asset value.
About the Program
- No extra charges for typical corrosion or sulphidation.
- No extra charges for foreign object damage (FOD) provided it did not cause an unscheduled removal.
- No extra charges for the replacement of non-genuine P&WC parts.
- Category 1- 6 Service Bulletins on parts covered by the program.
- Overhaul shop standard warranty.
- Replacement blades when unserviceable (Note: Basic Flat-Rate Overhaul excludes CT blades).
- Capped Price Option includes life-limited parts (LLP) replacement when less than 8,000 cycles remaining
- Labour, new parts, used parts, parts exchanges, sub-contracted charges, bulk, test and packaging.
- Engine must be a normal, time-expired core operated in accordance with P&WC’s approved documentation and removed for scheduled reasons. Additional charges may apply if engine is deemed uneconomical to overhaul.
- Engine must be complete (no missing parts).
- Request for this program must be placed before or at engine inspection.
- Engine must have been operated according to its type certificate, on a civil registered aircraft, and maintained by a civilly registered entity, otherwise a military premium will apply.
