Jill Vichi is vice president and Chief Human Resources Officer at Pratt & Whitney. She is responsible for Pratt & Whitney’s Human Resources activities including talent, recruitment and development; employee and labor relations; compensation and benefits and diversity, equity & inclusion for the company’s global workforce of more than 42,000 employees.

Jill has over 30 years of experience in human resources roles at Pratt & Whitney, Otis and Raytheon Technologies. She joined Pratt & Whitney in 1991 and has held a number of positions of increasing responsibility throughout the company, including vice president, Human Resources for Total Rewards. In 2002, she joined Otis Elevator, and was named senior director, Human Resources in 2005. Most recently, she served as vice president, Total Rewards Aerospace for Raytheon Technologies, the parent company for Pratt & Whitney.

Jill holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance from Bentley University and an MBA from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
