Alicia Perrault
VP & General Counsel
Alicia Perrault is Pratt & Whitney’s vice president and general counsel, leading Pratt & Whitney’s Office of General Counsel with overall responsibility for the company’s legal matters, contracts, corporate ethics and global compliance.
Alicia began her Raytheon Technologies career in 2007 and has served in roles of increasing responsibility, most recently executive assistant to the president of Pratt & Whitney. Prior to that appointment, she was vice president and counsel, Commercial Engines Contracts, where she led the Contracts Management Organization and provided support for engine sales campaigns and other commercial engines business initiatives. Before joining Raytheon Technologies, Alicia was associated with the law firm of Robinson & Cole.
Alicia earned a Bachelor of Arts from Providence College and a Juris Doctor from the University of Connecticut School of Law. She is a volunteer and board member of the Pro Bono Partnership.
