ESP™ Maintenance Program Transfers
Buying or selling an aircraft under an ESP™ maintenance program?
Here are a few tips to help facilitate the transfer of your ESP maintenance program.
- Buyer
- Seller
Make sure you get Statement of Account from the seller
- We strongly advise aircraft buyers to obtain this document prior to closing to gain visibility on overdue, deferred hours* or any benefits attached to the ESP program.
Request an ESP Request Form to [email protected]
- This will allow our ESP team to create an ESP agreement and provide you with the current ESP rate for your newly purchased aircraft.
Want to upgrade to higher level of coverage?
- Contact our ESP team at [email protected] to learn more about the various coverage levels and associated buy-in costs for upgrades
We strongly recommend to submit these requests before or on the day of closing.
*Deferred hours with the ESP Flex option are not transferable at aircraft transaction.
Contact [email protected] to obtain a transfer request form
- This notifies our ESP team that you are in the process of selling your aircraft along with its coverage. The pre-populated form will require your signature to initiate the transfer process.
Request a Statement of Account from [email protected]
- This will verify all aspects of the ESP account, including overdue, deferred hours* or any benefit attached to the ESP program. We strongly recommend sharing this document with the Buyer to prevent any surprises throughout the process.
We recommend both requests be submitted 15 days before closing.
